What is PresenterPro-RD?
PresenterPro-RD is a very powerful, cost-effective digital signage system that allows you to create, manage and deliver content to up to four displays – independent of each other – from a single Windows®-based PC. With easy to install hardware, and our own user-friendly point-and-click software, you will have PresenterPro-RD up and running in no time!

Your computer acts as the central control center for up to four separate digital signage display monitors.

As you manage your content, you can run your video, images or multimedia presentations simultaneously on all four screens, or have each display operate independently of the others. This gives you total flexibility to program and control when your message is shown, how it is distributed and where.

How Does PresenterPro-RD Work?

PresenterPro-RD comes as a PCI card that you simply plug into the motherboard of your Windows® XP-based computer just as you would any graphics card.

Your PC then is connected to up to four monitors and you program what content gets displayed on which screen and when, using SmartAVI’s point-and-click software.

APPLICATIONS

Advertising - Virtually wipe out printing costs while rapidly increasing your advertising income by selling “space” to advertisers using your digital signage.

Transportation - Arrival and departure time, as well as announcements and messages/ads can be sent to specific gate locations and updates as frequently as necessary.

Entertainment and Hospitality- Inform guests of event schedules, show times, menu offerings and
directions within your venue.

Retail - Target consumers directly with in-store displays, in fast food restaurants, banks, department stores and shopping malls.

Theme Parks - Display wait time information, entertainment
scheduling, ride safety videos or food/merchandising promotion to
thousands of visitors each day.
Local Configurations
If your monitors are relatively close to your server, you can use PresenterPro-RD to power your digital signage displays up to 20 feet away.

Remote Configuration

In cases where you need to extend your digital signage content to display further away from your computer, you will simply need one of SmartAVI's video extenders, such as the VCA-100.

The VCA-100 is a transmitter/receiver hardware bundle that allows your content to be transmitted up to 1,000 feet away with the use of extremely cost-effective CAT5 cabling.

In a case where you have a large company - perhaps with three separate departments - and each area of your organization has 10 screens you'd like to broadcast to, a more industrial solution such as SmartAVI's XT-TX800 would meet your needs.
